I had to reinstall my BYKI Mobile app and my in-app purchases are gone, why?

You should still be able to get your purchased languages back. Following these steps below will restore past in-app purchases.

  1. Open BYKI Mobile.
  2. Go to the Settings menu. (3 bars in upper right)
  3. Scroll down to Restore Purchases and tap it.
  4. Your past in-app purchases should now be available.
